Beta feedback (fastest)
In TestFlight: take a screenshot anywhere in the app and choose Share Beta Feedback. If you're on a computer, use TestFlight → Send Beta Feedback → Email. Please paste your Beta diagnostics (Keeps → Settings → Beta → Beta diagnostics → Copy) into the message — it's counts and versions only, no document contents.

Frequently asked
- Why is my document type wrong? Fix it in the review screen — the correction is recorded locally and the document can be re-analyzed from its detail page (⋯ → Re-analyze document).
- Ask Keeps answered wrong? Tell it "that's wrong" and the correct answer — the conversation keeps context. If a value is wrong in the vault, edit it on the document.
- Where is my data? On your device, and in your private iCloud database if sync is on. See the privacy policy.
- Does Ask Keeps need Apple Intelligence? Exact lookups work without it; richer questions use the on-device model, or Private Cloud Compute if you enable it in Settings → Ask Keeps.
- Lost the app? Keeps is locked with Face ID. Deleting the app deletes the vault — export anything you need first.
Requirements
iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Apple Intelligence features need an Apple Intelligence-capable device (iPhone 15 Pro or later); Private Cloud Compute additionally needs iOS 27.
